The alternative blog for cruelty free skincare, veggie food and alt/geek culture

You know when you are getting tired of sweet smoothies, green juices and hot drinks but water is just too boring? That’s when Just Bee is perfectly welcome and refreshing.

Just Bee Honey Water

I think the packaging is cute and it was  a lovely surprise to find a packet of wild flower seeds included to help the bees! Joe’s Dad and Grandad were beekeepers so he grew up adding honey instead of sugar to sweeten things as it’s rich in 180 different nutrients including vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Just Bee Honey Water

These drinks are basically water with a hint of natural flavour and a drop of healthy honey. I liked the Apple and Ginger but found it tasted overwhelmingly of ginger and not much apple. The Lemon & Green Tea was incredibly refreshing (I’ll be drinking this all summer) and the Blueberry I finished far to quickly and wanted a bigger carton!

I’ll have to check and see if these are available out here. They sound good. I love me some green tea! Very cute packaging too.

Ooh, I’ll have to try these – I’ve had honey as a sweetener since I was a baby. My mum used to put it in my milk and now I have it in tea (hate having to have sugar!) Strangely I don’t like eating it raw but love it as a flavour for drinks and cakes.

My Mum’s the same, she thinks it’s too sweet raw. I like the really strong smokey kind.

I quite like Manuka honey…but only a very small spoonful. Mainly because it costs a fortune!
