Good Full Stop – located in Devon – have created fruit and nut bars that taste like enjoyable snacks (even chocolate bars) which are healthy and give you energy for longer. They are dairy and gluten free and have a low glycemic index. Perfect for people like me who need to keep blood sugar levels constant and also maintain energy throughout the day.

Here are the flavours which really stood out for me…

Choc & Orange – I’m not usually a fan of this flavour combination but this was the perfect breakfast bar. Not too sweet and slightly tangy, it was a nice start to my day.

Fiery Choc & Chilli – I think this one might actually be too strong for most people but I loved it! Okay, so I had to give half to my Bloke for the sake of my tongue but I really would go out of my way to shop for these.

Mixed Nuts – A little disappointed with this one as I was hoping it would be very nutty with a rougher texture, rather than smooth and blended like the rest.

Cherry & Maple – I’ve never heard of this flavour combination before (maybe an influence from across the Atlantic?) but it works so well. I ate this far too quickly and then was sad three was non left, ha!

Which one’s would you try?

Chrissie
