The daily kind of diet which I’ve found suits me the most is one with lots of veggie protein and oils/fats, a lesser amount of carbs as my body is very sluggish at digesting these, natural sugar (meaning the only thing I add sugar to is my coffee) and a higher than average amount of salt, to help my body actually absorb the water I drink and help regulate my POTS.

Although not marketed as actual protein energy bars, the amount of nuts and seeds in Atkins Harvest provided me with enough protein to gently pick me up from a mid-afternoon slump and keep me feeling full until a late dinner. I love the crunchy, sticky texture that these bars have which is something I really miss when I eat those soft fruit based snack bars.
