These saw me right last year, so with a few amendments, here they are again!
- Rather than saying I’m going to exercise to improve my strength and stamina and then utterly side stepping the issue for the rest of the year, I’m going to just get off my arse more and move around. Housework, going to the local shops, cooking, getting off the bus a few stops earlier etc.
- Getting up earlier. As soon as my body and brain feel rested (even if my body feels really weak) I’m going to get out of bed. I may return with a good book and a mocha but at least my torso will be upright.
- Read more. I always say this and then don’t buy the actual books often enough. So I’m doing a big book haul so I have a reading pile, rather than a reading list.
- Eat breakfast everyday even if that’s just a hemp smoothie as it’s full of protein anyway and goes down…
