For the start of my birthday week I ordered two lots of food from Ezra and Gill, which was pretty expensive, but healthy and (more importantly, to me anyway) tasty.
Smashed Avocado on Gluten Free Toast with a Poached Egg
It came with crumbled feta cheese and teeny pepper drops “pepper drops, oh pepper drops, the peppers gonna land on you” – The Specials – not really lol). I have never eaten a poached egg as delicious as this before – wow!
Vegan Fried Breakfast
I’m teaching myself how to easily create flavour combinations in cooking so as a little practice I added seaweed salt and flakes to the greens; herbs de Provaunce and pepper to the tomatoes; garlic salt to the mushrooms and kimchi seasoning to the rocket. So good!
Being neurodiverse and having sensory issues, I really appreciated the separate little cardboard pots so it didn’t get all soggy and mixed together 🙌🏽♻️
