Dig The City
02 – 10 August
Dig The City
This isn’t just for people who have a big garden or an allotment, this is for anyone who wants to get into urban gardening!
There will be all kinds of gardens around the centre of Manchester and beyond, from the stunning to the strange. Talks from Diarmuid Gavin and Rachel De Thame, an urban fate and live music everyday.
For the kids there is the National Trust tree house, bird box making, den building and a mini city farm with animals.
Restaurants, pubs and cafes will also be providing Dig The City inspired menus and offers.
All of these events are free but some require booking. For a giant list of what’s happening when and to book visit digthecity.co.uk
