I can’t believe I found these meat/egg substitutes in the Reduced isle at the supermarket!
The Bloke made me ‘egg’ fried rice with ‘chicken’ and mushroom.
‘Egg mayo’ with a little bit of garlic salt on Nairns crackers.
Noodle stir fry with onions, mushrooms, Greek style kebab pieces and Wagamama left-over sticky ‘ribs’.
I just ate the tinned patra in thick slices with a bit of soy sauce.

What would these ingredients inspire you to make?
